Uses in care & wellness

1. Relaxation massage:
   
   3–5 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil (e.g. almond oil, jojoba) — relaxes muscles and spirit.
2. Skin care:
   
   Add 1–2 drops to a cream, oil, or face mask — it soothes, heals, and helps with acne, redness, and minor irritations.
3. For burns & stings:
   
   One drop applied topically (always diluted in a little vegetable oil) reduces pain, itching and redness.
4. In the bathroom:
   
   4–6 drops in warm water or in a little milk/oil before adding to the water — provides ultimate relaxation and aids sleep.
5. For sleep:
